Boston NABCJ is a small nonprofit, 501C3, organization that is dedicated to the advancement of our communities and the people that serve them.

 

Our events are multicultural, multigenerational, and modernistic. We are UNTRADITIONAL in our approach to learning and connecting as we incorporate music and popular culture in all of our programming.

 

Our trainings and workshops cater to the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to assist communities of color taught by national and local subject matter experts using evidence-based practice and cultural competency.

 

Our social events push community networking and unity. We understand our followers and members work in complicated spaces and they deserve to connect with other community professionals in a safe, comfortable and enjoyable space.
