About the event
The 2025 Boston NABCJ Conference is a non-traditional, visually inspiring, culturally captivating professional development opportunity which will be headlined this year by Commissioner Pamerson Ifill of the MA Probation Service and Judge Serge Georges of the United States Supreme Court of Justice. This 1 day conference is accompanied by a guest DJ, diverse programming, and a panel discussion.

Attendees consist of students and professionals whom either want to make a difference in their community or work directly with the community in some capacity. Â Our members includes, but is not limited to: law enforcement and first responders, social services, courthouse personnel, mental health workers, academia, small business owners, culture influencers and local community stakeholders. Guest will be able to:Â
- Meet with diverse peers and professionals from across New England within the umbrella of community engagement.Â

The goal of this conference is  to bring community leaders, influencers, criminal and social justice practitioners together to network, learn best practices for the field when working with people of color but most importantly to establish a sense of pride, purpose and power within our communities.
As a result of space constraints and contractual commitments, the 2025 Boston NABCJ conference will only be open to Massachusetts state and local officials, the Massachusetts Trial Court, and specific departments. All remaining guests will receive invitations. We are excited to welcome the public to the Boston NABCJ 2026 conference which will be held on Thursday June 18, 2026 - the day before Juneteenth 😎
